Aitan Melamud, MD
is a fellowship trained, board certified Urologist.
He graduated magna cum laude from medical school at the University of Tel Aviv, Israel and completed his Urology residency there as well. He completed fellowship training at UCLA with an emphasis in Urologic Oncology and Female Urology. He spent two years at UCSF as well, and then was on the Stanford clinical faculty at the Palo Alto Veteran's Hospital.

Ori Melamud, MD
joined his father's practice in July 2008. His undergraduate education was completed at the University of California, Berkeley. He then went on to medical school at the University of California, Irvine where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He continued there for his Urology residency training and was awarded the Sir Luke Fildes award for most outstanding urology resident by the faculty of the department in 2007. He continued there for fellowship training in robotic urologic surgery at the same institution where over 1000 robotic prostatectomies have been performed.
He has led the charge in bringing advanced minimally invasive surgery to the peninsula, including robotic, laparoscopic, and endoscopic urology and was appointed Director of Robotic Surgery at Peninsula Hospital when they purchased their robot in November 2012.
